The Assignment

We support leaders from NGOs, mid-sized companies, and DAX-listed corporations through 1:1 coaching and group coaching, enabling both personal development and collective learning. The foundation is our model: the osmosis logic of leadership. It illustrates how leadership operates within three key spheres of impact – the self, the team, and the system. The focus lies on self-leadership, collective leadership, leadership dynamics, as well as a reflective approach to new technologies such as AI and a proactive engagement with change in the organizational ecosystem.

Our Approach

1. Starting point: The Osmosis Logic of Leadership

We begin with an introduction to our model, which views leadership effectiveness across three core dimensions: personal leadership, leadership collective, and leadership dynamics within the organizational system.

2. 1:1 Coaching for Individual Development

A space for reflection, clarity, and growth. Leaders work on their personal leadership profile, refine their goals, and reflect on real-life leadership challenges – including how they relate to AI, automation, and digital transformation.

3. Group Coaching for Collective Learning

A moderated, trust-based exchange that enables shared reflection on change processes, leadership challenges, and the evolving role of leadership in a digital world.

4. Transfer & Integration into Daily Practice

We support leaders in applying what they’ve learned through tools, feedback structures, routines, and practical experiments that help integrate new ways of thinking and working with emerging technologies.

The Result

  • Stronger self-leadership and personal clarity
  • A more reflective and confident approach to change and new technologies
  • Greater leadership confidence in dynamic, complex environments
  • A shared language and mindset across leadership levels
  • Contribution to a learning-oriented and future-ready leadership culture
  • Development and application of the “Osmosis Logic of Leadership” model
  • Delivery of 1:1 coaching and group coaching formats
  • Facilitation of peer learning spaces on tech & transformation
  • Ongoing support with integration into daily leadership practice
