The Assignment

We designed and facilitated multi-day retreats and team development formats for diverse teams across sectors—including business associations, mid-sized companies, NGOs, and public organizations. Whether within a single organization or involving participants from multiple companies working on change or transformation projects, the goal was to sharpen shared team objectives, test new ways of working, and strengthen cohesion—always in special locations with methods that truly move people.

Our Approach

1. Retreat Design with an Experiential Factor

Selecting unique, inspiring locations (rural, nature-based) and creating formats that move teams mentally and physically.

2. Team Goals & Role Work

Shaping vision, target images, and role distribution through creative, interactive exercises and structured reflection.

3. Teambuilding Beyond Classic Workshop Rooms

Using methods that foster connection and trust—outdoors, in action, through perspective shifts, dialogue, and shared experiences.

4. Testing Agile Tools & Work Methods

Teams experiment with agile methods such as Kanban, goal frameworks (e.g., OKRs), or retrospectives—tailored to their context with concrete transfer to daily work.

The Result

  • Clear shared direction and collaboration
  • Strengthened trust, openness, and feedback culture
  • Tangible team goals and first implementation steps
  • Renewed energy and new methods for everyday work
  • High satisfaction and strong desire for repeat participation
  • Designing and delivering tailored retreats
  • Workshop and experiential design in inspiring settings
  • Facilitation and team coaching
  • Introduction of agile methods and structural tools
  • Process support for transfer and implementation
