Strong teams don’t just happen – they grow through intentional work on collaboration, shared goals, and team spirit.
In this summer retreat, we supported our client in defining team goals, reflecting on working methods, and strengthening cohesion in a sustainable way.

The Assignment

The client—a business association’s central office—wanted to use their summer retreat to define clear team goals and elevate collaboration to the next level. The focus was not only on developing strategic measures, but also on strengthening shared values and cultivating a deeper team connection.

Our Approach

1. Playful Development of Team Goals

The retreat offered a creative, motivating environment to define team goals. Rather than traditional planning methods, we used interactive formats that encouraged playful and exploratory goal-setting.

2. Trying Out New Ways of Working

The team explored and tested new working methods hands-on. This helped them identify what fit their collaboration style and how they could optimize internal processes.

3. Actively Strengthening Team Cohesion

Beyond strategy, we focused on human connection. Team-building elements and shared reflection deepened mutual understanding and built trust across the team.

4. Sustainable Anchoring Through Concrete Measures

The retreat concluded not just with inspiration, but with clear next steps. Concrete actions were defined to ensure that team goals would be implemented and sustained over time.

A shared experience that fostered real engagement and lasting development
