A hospital group aimed to strategically embed sustainability—without jeopardizing its core business. Together, we developed a new guiding framework, clear objectives, and a digital management structure that enables measurable impact and cross-functional collaboration.
The Assignment
Based on a jointly developed materiality analysis, we supported the creation of a future-oriented guiding framework, defined strategic fields of action, and translated them into annual targets using OKRs and KPIs. Implementation is agile, participatory, and data-driven—enabled by an integrated tool for cross-functional steering and automated sustainability reporting. The focus: clear responsibilities, transparent goal tracking, and measurable integration of sustainability into the overall strategy.
