The Assignment

With more than 400 employees, Evangelische Bank introduced OKRs to foster greater ownership and agility across teams. The goal was to enable leaders to support self-organized working environments and align teams with strategic goals through targeted training.

The training aimed to equip leaders with the tools to guide their teams more effectively, leverage agile processes, and contribute to a resilient and empowering organizational culture.

Our Approach

Interactive Leadership Training

An intensive, one-day in-person training provides executives with practical knowledge about OKRs. The focus is not only on the methodology itself but primarily on how to apply it within their own organization.

Connecting OKR with Organizational Processes

The training explored how OKRs can be embedded in existing structures. Leaders learned how to support their teams both strategically and operationally, maximizing the impact of the OKR methodology.

Fostering a Learning Culture
