A good sustainability strategy is measured by how effectively it’s implemented. Prioritizing through a materiality analysis, setting up digitally connected operational structures, and clearly defined roles are key to success.

The Assignment

In a three-month project, we worked closely with hospital leadership and selected departments to co-create a sustainability strategy. A robust materiality analysis helped prioritize ESG topics and translate them into actionable measures – with a focus on impact and real-world feasibility.

3. Strategy Workshops

Deriving strategic goals and areas of action through collaborative workshop formats.

4. Action Planning

Development of a roadmap with 30+ measures, quick wins, and an internal governance model for long-term implementation.

The Result

Six key areas of action were defined, along with strategic goals and over 30 concrete measures, structured into quarterly milestones using OKRs.
