Preparing employees at the Federal Office for Information Security (BSI) for the future – that’s what it’s all about.
Through a customized training program, we equip participants with essential future skills such as agile working, change competence, and self-directed communication. The aim is not only to strengthen individual capabilities, but also to promote a modern and attractive work culture.
The Assignment
The world of work is evolving rapidly – and the BSI wants its employees not just to keep up, but to actively shape that change. We were tasked with designing and delivering a practical enablement program focused on the most relevant future skills. The focus is not just on accepting change, but on actively shaping it. At the same time, a modern work culture is being shaped that positions the BSI as an attractive employer for new talent. Our mission: to create an inspiring, impactful learning experience.
Our Approach
Designing a Tailored Program
In close collaboration with the BSI, we developed a high-impact training format that blends in-person workshops with digital modules. The combination of interactive sessions, real-world tasks, and inspiring content ensures lasting learning outcomes.

These building blocks provide the tools needed to actively lead transformation.
Learning with Direct Practical Application
Participants invest around 20 hours per month in the program. Theory meets real-life practice – content is immediately applied and embedded in everyday work.
Sustainable Impact through Community Building
Upon completing the program, participants take on new roles and apply their skills within the organization. A growing practice community ensures ongoing exchange and helps spread new impulses throughout the organization.
