The Assignment

In a two-day training, sustainability managers and leaders were empowered to drive sustainable transformation in their organizations. The training focused on building agile structures around sustainability goals and mastering communication, engagement, and resistance management.

Our Approach

1. Structure & Strategy (Day 1 – Morning)

Introduction to agile principles and how to apply them to sustainability. Practical tools for structuring and steering sustainability projects.

2. Participation & Transparency (Day 1 – Afternoon)

Methods for co-developing measurable sustainability goals and communicating them transparently. Building an internal multiplier network.

3. Communication & Activation (Day 2 – Morning)

Using storytelling and participatory formats to engage employees and spark ownership.

4. Dealing with Resistance (Day 2 – Afternoon)

Understanding typical dynamics of change and developing strategies to deal with uncertainty, conflict, and resistance.

The Result

Participants developed concrete action plans and received proven tools for implementation and communication. In feedback rounds, 92% rated the format as immediately applicable and effective in their daily practice.
